RETURNS

Disposables:

Disposables are subject to a 48 hour in-store warranty. When returning a disposable that is not working properly, it must be accompanied by the following:
-Original box with excise stamp on the box.
-Purchase receipt within 48 hours.
-All contents of the product including charger.

Devices

Device returns are honored within 7 days of original purchase if device is defective. You will receive in-store credit to purchase a new device or swap your defective device with the same device. Return must include:
-Original purchase receipt within 7 days.
-Original box with all original contents.

 

Juice:

Juice is non-refundable once opened.
If the bottle is unopened with the excise stamp still on the bottle and intact, it may be exchanged only for a product of equal value.

Closed Pods:

Juice is non-refundable once opened.
If the bottle is unopened with the excise stamp still on the bottle and intact, it may be exchanged only for a product of equal value.

                                                                                                                                           

This warranty applies to all Thee Hollow Noggin Vape Shop locations. Warranty cannot be changed or modified at a store level. For any issues you may encounter that cannot be rectified in-store, please contact us at hollownoggincustomercare@gmail.com
